Recipes
      White Beans cooked in Microwave!
             Done in about an hour or less
                     Wash white beans and put in 2 qt glass cooking pitcher
                  bowl with hot tap water. Add salt, pepper and bacon
                   bits flavoring. Cover with clear plastic wrap and cook
                      in microwave until done. Add hot boiling water (heated
          on stove in a pan) as needed as they cook in the
          microwave. They cook fast and are really good.
         Blackeyed peas
                  can be cooked the same way only don't take as long.

   Dessert ideas
                  Canned fruit, peaches, pears, pineapple, fruit cocktail
             and etc. Serve in pretty dessert dish with coolwhip
                            either on top or stirred with the fruit with a little cinnamon.
            Applesauce is delicious fixed this way. It looks so
    pretty in dessert dishes and tastes good too.
                Fresh peeled diced apples and bananas are delicious
             with coolwhip stirred in. Add a dash of cinnamon
                on top. To serve, heap it up in pretty dessert glasses.

       Quick instant pudding
         (lot of flavors to choose from)
                        Mixed with skim milk and coolwhip stirred in with it
              for a nice dessert. Again serve in pretty dessert
                       dishes. This can be ready to eat in 3 minutes or less.

      Jello mixed with coolwhip
                         Mix jello in 1 c hot water which has been heated in
                            microwave for 2 1/2 minutes to come to a boil.
                            Add cold water to a cup of ice cubes to = 1 cup
                          add to jello. stir until ice is melted then add 1/2 cup
                           of coolwhip. Beat with wire whip until smooth. Pour
               into pretty dessert dishes to jell. This can be
                   prepared at 8 am and be ready to eat by noon.

           Jello Pie
                        Mix jello as above but add a can of well drained
           fruit and a banana along with the coolwhip.
               Stir gently and pour into a graham cracker pie
              crust. Chill in refrigerator until set. Delicious!
