Rainforest trees shed their lives so humans can build.
They are maimed.
Their spirits controlled by man.
Endangered animals trade their existence for man's comfort.
They are maimed
Their spirits lost amongst the shuffle
Children entangled in the cycle of abuse
They are maimed
Their spirits mostly forgotten, society's flaw
Mother Earth weeps
She is maimed
Her innocence muffled
