Major: Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Spec: Computer Engineering.

Completed the degree at January 2000.

 Im now working in the Minsitry of Electricty & Water in Sultante of Oman (Salalah region) as an Electrical  Protection Engineer and supervices the SCADA engineers from ONEC company.    

It is about ( Design of Secure Data Transmission System Using LFSR Based Encryption Techniques).

I did two Training in two summers as following:

1. In–house training: at my university (4 weeks at 28.06.97).
2. Out-house training:

at the following places:

1. 1 week: Engineering building.
2. 1 week: TV building.
3. 1 week: Radio building.
4. 1 week: Salalah festival (with the OB van engineer for live broadcasting).

          B) Salalah Civil Airport: 4 weeks started from 24.07.99 and it was dividing into the following:

1. 1 week: Maintenance building working in BMS (Building Management System) from Satchwell Control System.
2. 1 week: Communications building working in Navigation system concepts such as radar, localizer and runway concepts.
3. 2 weeks: Computer building.

1. Four days in Transmission & Distribution Departement in Salalah to cover the following topics: (Meter section, Consumer services & Inspetion for new connection in case of new uilding to check the following earth leakage using megger device and short circuit between the phases).  It was in this period 9 spet  till  13 sept 2000.    
2. One week training in Salalah Power station (Disel generator) in this period 16 - 20 Sept 2000.Basically,Salalah Power Station consists of ( Control room, engine room, auxilary room, radiator room , electrical pannel room, Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant , de-salination plant and disel/oil storge tank.The goverment plan to have a gas turbine -200 Mw to cover Salalah  region by the end of april 2003.    
3. Ten days intensive course in (OPERATION & MAINTANCE OF ELECTRICAL NETWORKS, TRANSMISSION & DISTRIBUTION). It was in the period between (23 rd Spet  till 4 st October 2000.   
4. Five days intensive course in power stations's protection from 7-11 oct 2000.
5. One week in the house connections in this period (14-18 Oct 2000). Example of topics, Distribution Board (DB),Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB), KWH meter (single phase or three phase), Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB) and Main Board Circuit Breaker (MCCB).    
6. Two weeks in Transmission & Control Department in Muscat. One week in the protection department from 21 Oct  till 25 Oct 2000. The next week was in the Communcations department to cover the following topics :a) Power Line Carrier (PLC) such as PLC line trap, coupling capacitors, Capacitor Voltage Transformer (CVT) and Modular Coupling Devices (MCD).                                                                                                                       b)Fiber optic transmission systemto cover the following topic Fox-20 system.                         c) SCADA system. 
7. Two weeks intensive course in ( Basic Elecrical Networks protection system) from 5-11 Nov 2000.         

 

- Analyze a lot of Management cases through Engineering Management course.

- Did a lot of individual and team project through Remote sensing course.
