Cibubur area
Cibubur camp ground is an excellent starting point for loads of tracks.
It is also the closest place I know of to get away from the traffic and noise of Jakarta.
There are bunches of ovals, sealed bike/roller blade tracks, places just to hang out. Easy to find, just look for the big 'M' Mcdonalds sign as you are driving down the Puncak Toll Road.
It is roughly at Km 13.
The highlights of the Cibubur area are around the Cikeas river and the
bamboo bridges
