Chichiri

Suzaku Seishi Chichiri was the fourth Seishi to be found by Miaka. Actually it would be more accurate to say he found her. Chichiri is the eldest of the Seishi and despite the fact that he enjoys turning into a superdeformed 3 foot tall version of himself and his silly accent in which he uses the phrase "no da" at the end of every sentence he is the most mature of all the Seishi. |

Chichiri is the mage of the group. He wields magic taught to him by Taitsu kun and can teleport, Change his shape, create Shields and blast his opponents using his Chi. Without revealing too much, it is clear that he has had a hard and difficult life. This has left him very stoic and during periods of mourning although he is genuinely upset by tragic events, he does not cry as many of the other characters do. He wears a smiley face mask but beneath it his face is scarred due to a tragedy from his past. |

Chichiri is clearly the thinker of the Suzaku Seishi and is more patient and not so quick to jump into the front lines. His actions are always planned and more often than not he is the one who thwarts Nakago's various schemes. He is treated as the unspoken leader of the group who organises the other Seishi in their various endeavours, and he is the one to whome most turn to if they need advice. |
