Chapter Sixteen
"Where are we going first Isaac?" I turned and looked at him.
"The biggest mall in Tulsa." He said.
"Do you wanna drive to Oklahoma City?" I looked over at Tay. His head was back, face up to the sun, wind blowing his hair back. I turned back to Isaac. "Looks like someone is having fun." I pointed to Tay. Isaac looks over and smiles.
"Lets go to Oklahoma City right now." He changed his mind.
"Lets go." I agreed. I turned on the radio and blasted it. I slipped on my sunglasses and enjoyed the ride. Five minutes later, Tay sat up and looked at me.
"Hi Tay. Having fun?"
"Yeah. I love convertables."
"Me too." When we finally got to Oklahoma City, a few miles in, we pulled up to a huge mall. Isaac drove up the parking ramp to the top, found a spot, and parked. He turned to Tay.
"Disguises on."
"What disguises?" I asked them.
"What would happen if we didn't disguise ourselves? Mob city." Tay said, laughing.
"What do you do when it's not polite to wear hats and sunglasses inside?"
"You can wear hats inside." Tay told me.
"You could put make-up on. Look like girls." I suggested.
"Oh no. No. No make-up. We get teased enough." Isaac added.
"Okay, okay. But if you change your mind..." I shook my purse and smiled.
"I don't think so." Tay said quickly. They put their hats and sunglasses on, then tied their hair back in ponytails.
"Are you ready now?" I asked them. They nodded. "Race ya to the bottom!" I yelled. I jumped, skipping the first few stairs. They looked at eachother, then took off after me.

"There has to be a GAP around here somewhere..." I said, shearching the stores's signs.
"Yeah. Over here." Tay said. He led us over to the store, which was practically on the opposite end of the world.
"Oh yeah!" We went in and looked around. I found a pair of leggings and a big fleece sweatshirt with a hood. I found Isaac and told him I was going to try it on. I went into the dressing room. The grey shirt matched my eyes perfectly. I came out and told Tay that I was going to keep the things I had picked out.
"This sweatshirt matches matches my eyes perfectly. This is the first sweatshirt I've ever found in this color." Tay looked at my sweatshirt.
"Let me see your eyes." I looked up at him. He looked at my eyes, then the sweatshirt, and back to my eyes again. "Yup. Matches just fine. You have pretty eyes Love."
"Thanks. You too Tay." We stood there looking at eachother. Isaac came up to us.
"Hey kids. None of that stuff in public now." He teased us. Tay gave him a look. I laughed at Tay's blushing face.
"Lets go get something to eat. I haven't had breakfast or lunch. Then we can go to more stores. Kay?"
"Okay." They agreed.
"Where's the food court?" I asked them.
"Top floor." Isaac informed me.
"Are you guys gonna eat anything?"
"I will." Tay said.
"Are you Isaac?" I asked him.
"I guess I'll have something." I looked around at the choices. We all decided on having Mexican for lunch. We found a spot to sit.
"So what other stores do you want to go to?" Isaac asked me.
"Is there a Claire's and a Macy's in here?"
"I think so." Isaac answered.
"Good. Then we can go to some of the stores you want to go to. Is that okay?"
"Yeah." When we were done, we cleaned off our trays and headed towards Macy's.
"What are you looking for Love?" Tay asked me.
"An evening gown. My parents are taking me to a formal party on Tuesday, and I need to find a dress, and a date." I said that last part to no one in particular.
"Tay can go with you." Isaac volunteered his brother. I stopped and spun to face Tay.
"Is he saying that or can you really go?" I looked at him hopefully, my eyes pleading with his. "If I don't find one by tomorrow, the boss is gonna stick me with his dorky, sorry excuse for a boy son! Please?" Isaac looks at Tay, smiles, and noddes his head.
"Okay. I'll go with you. What time is it on Tuesday?"
"It starts at six. It's a dinner party. You'll help me pick out a dress?"
"Sure."
"Oh! Thank you soooo much Tay. Lets go."
