Set Adrift on Memory's Bliss Chapater 8
"Look, over there!" Charisma called out.
"What?" Brian asked.
"a parade has started,' She said, sounding like a little kid.
"CC, they have those every hour here!" Kevin laughed.
"I know! But I haven't seen one since we have been here, we were on the other side of the park," Charisma simply stated.
"Thats true, you gotta give her that, Kev" Howie said.
"True," He said, and smiled at Charisma.
"Come on lets go!" She cried and grabbed Brian's hand. The parade started up the block they were on, the music started and you could here it blating its 'mouse song' called 'Mickey Mania'. Charisma studied the parade, she loved all the little shoes, and gloves that srolled up the street. She was looking as the Mickey's pants strolled up the street when she felt someone arms grab her waste, and place there head on her shoulder. "Huh? oh Brian, don't do that!" She said, and grabbed his hands to pull her in tigher.
"Sorry sweetie, I just want to hold my girl, is that so wrong?" He asked, sweetly.
"I suppose not" She smiled a sly grin.
"Thats my girl, always the one with the sly answers," Brian laughed.
"Yup, thats me!" She laughed.
Brian smiled and kissed her ear, and then started to nibble on it softly. Charisma giggled.
"You know, I love it when you laugh or giggle," He wispered in her ear.
"You do?" She asked, shocked.
"Yes, its one of those pleasure sounds,"
"Pleasure sounds?" She asked.
"Yeah, like chruch bells, a babies laugh, a sweet love song," He answered.
"You think I sound likes those things?" She asked, feeling her heart melt.
"Yeah, I mean, your voice is one of the sweetest sounds I have ever heard," He smiled.
"Oh my God!" She said with tears in her eyes.
"What! What did I do wrong?" He asked, getting scared.
"Nothing!" She said, sensing the panic in his voice. "It's just no one has never told me I reminded them of church bells," She said, getting choked up.
"I am only saying what's true," He smiled. "Only because I love you so much,"
"Did you just say you love me?"
"Yeah, why?"
"You never said that before!"
"Well, I do! I love you I love you, I love you!" He whispered in her ear.
"Do you mean it?"
"Charisma! why would I say it I didn't mean it?" Brian said, sounding hurt.
"I don't know, It's just shocking," She said. She turned around and wrapped her arms around his neck. "You know what Bri?"
"What Chris?"
"I love you too"
"You do?"
"Yup, more than life itself," She said with a big smile. Brian stroked her cheek, and pushed a piece of her long dark brown hair out of her face. He gazed into her violet eyes and smiled. "Are you gonna kiss me? Or just stare at me?" Charisma joked. Brian smiled lightly and wrapped his arms around her waist. He lead down and kissed her softly. Charisma deeped the kiss. Before long they were caught up in a very passionate kiss.
"Umm, you guys, people are staring, its very rude what your doing." A.J said, sounding very grossed out voice.
Charisma pulled away from Brian and blushed deeply. "Sorry A.J."
"No Problem, this is the happiest place on earth" He smiled.
"I would say so, I found my true love here, twice." Brian said. Charisma just smiled.
"How much longer do we have before we have to meet the others?" Nick asked Lia.
"Umm, about an hour, but we should start heading over their now, the Mickey Mania parade just started and I can tell ya, its a Long parade." He said.
"Oh yeah, I remember that parade" Lia smiled, thinking back to the parade last year.
"You wanna go see it?" He asked, seeing the happy, yet dazed look on her face. He could tell she was thinking back to last year.
"Nah, It's all the way on the other side of the park, plus by the time we get there, we are going to miss alot," She answered.
"Ok, so what shall we do me lady," Nick said in a phony Scottish accent.
Lia laughed. " Hey, I know how we can get to the others quicker" Lia said, joyfully.
"How?" Nick asked.
"Lets take the trian!" She said, and pointed over to the little train that was pulling into it's post.
"Good Idea," Nick smiled. "Come on, lets hurry before we miss it!" He said and he
grabbed her hand.
"Nick! Chill out! It comes every 15 minutes!" She laughed.
"I know, but the quicker we get there, the better!" He said, and walked faster.
"Nick, chill, I'm not as tall as you, I'm only 5'7!" She laughed. Trying to keep up with his 6'0 frame.
Nick slowed down alittle and pulled her onto the trian. "Here, sit" He smiled.
"Gee, thanks." She laughed sarcastically.
"Look at all the mickey people, they look so cute" Geri giggled.
"Your cute" Howie said, and pulled her close, and kissed her head.
"Your saying I look like them?" Geri joked.
"No! Your way cuter than them," He smiled
"Your so sweet" She said and kissed his cheek.
"I try," He smiled
"'Well it works" She smiled back.
"And you think we're bad" Charisma interupted.
"You guys are much worse than us, don't even compare!" Howie stated.
"I guess, but when your inlove, that tends to happen," Charisma said happily.
"Inlove?" Both Howie and Geri said shocked.
"Yup, we're inlove!" Brian said and grabbed Charisma's waist.
"Come here, lets go look at that!" Charisma said and pulled Brian over to another spot.
"That's so sweet!" Geri smiled.
"Yeah, B-Rok's inlove, for the first time."
"Howie, have you ever been inlove?" Geri asked.
"Yeah, once,why?"
"I was just asking, who was it?"
"Huh?" He got caught off guard.
"Who was the girl you loved" She repeated.
"Oh, wel..." He started
"Come on! Tell me!"
"Ok, it was you" He blurted out.
"Me?"
"Yeah, I starting loving you last year, and I still do" He smiled.
"You do?"
"Very Much,"
"I love you too!" She said and threw her arms around his neck. Howie hugged her hard.
Jade looked over at Howie and Geri and smiled. "Look," She said to A.J and pointed.
"They are so sweet. " A.J smiled.
"So are they" She said, and pointed to Charisma and Brian. How were holding onto each other.
"I htink this is the best summer yet to come." He smiled
"I think your right" She smiled back.
