Brian walked into his room, he saw Charisma sitting on the window sill that
faced the front of the house.
"Chris?" he called softly.
She jumped. "Brian don't do that!" she cried in a whisper.
"What are you still doing up?" he asked.
"I couldn't sleep,"
"Worried bout Lia and Nick? We called them, their fine,"
She shook her head. "No, I need to talk to you,"
"Oh?"
"Yeah,"
"Chris, can't it wait till tomorrow? It's late, and I'm tired,"
She shook her head again. "It's important,"
Brian sighed. "Ok, let me change quick, and we can talk,"
Charisma nodded. Brian smiled and took off his jeans and shirt, to reveal a
pair of navy blue boxers, and a black tank top. Charisma gave him a funny
look.
"What?" he crinkled his brow.
"I didn't think you were going to change right in front of me,"
Brian smiled. "It's not like I sleep nude,"
Charisma smiled widely. "I wouldn't mind that,"
Brian laughed a little. "I see, but why are you so shocked by this?"
"Cause you are so shy that way, you wouldn't even sleep in the same bed with
me,"
"Chris, I am just old fashioned, I don't think it's right to do certain things
before marriage,"
"I suppose,"
"So what did you want to talk to me about?" he asked. Charisma stood up, and
revealed a night gown that was very short, it was about thigh length, and it
showed some cleavage.
"Umm…. wow" he managed to whisper out.
"What?" she asked
"Your night gown,"
"What about it?"
"It's like, wow,"
Charisma laughed. "Glad you like it!"
"I do,"
"Brian, please, come sit on the bed," Brian nodded and followed her over to
the bed. "Brian, you know I love you right?" Brian nodded, he did not like
where this was going. "Well, as much as I do, I am not sure us moving in
together is such a good idea,"
"What! Why?"
"I dunno, I mean, I love you, more than you'll ever know, and I want to be
with you, but I don't want us to rush this great thing we have going,"
"Chris, I love you, I can't stand the thought of losing you again!"
"Brian! I love you, too, and just cause I don't live with you, doesn't mean we
can't see each other, I mean, Boca is not that far, and we can spend week-ends
together,"
"Chris, if it's cause of the others, we can get a place of our own!"
"Brian, listen to you! We have only been back together two days, and you want
me to live with you! What happened to the guy who didn't believe in kissing on
the first date?"
"He's in love and doesn't want to lose the one person in the world that makes
him feel this way,"
Charisma sighed. "Brian, I don't want to turn into an old married couple!"
Brian gave her a look. "What are you talking about?"
"I mean, we don't even sleep together Brian, moving in together is something
that people who have been together for a while, and sleep together,"
"Wait, your telling me, you don't want to move in with me because we don't
have sex?"
Charisma laughed. "What? Of course not!"
"Then why did you bring that up?"
"I was making a point,"
"I still don't get were all this is leading,"
Charisma sighed. "Brian, I said it already! I don't want to rush what we
have!"
Brian nodded. "If that's what you want,"
"I do, I think it's what be need,"
Brian gave her a look. "It's what you want, and need, not me," he got up,
grabbed a pillow and started out the door.
"Brian!" she cried.
He turned around. "What?"
"Let's not end like last year!"
"I don't either Chris,"
"Then why are you storming out of the room!"
"Shh! Lower your voice, there are six other people in this house, that don't
want to wake up for another six hours at least,"
"Don't change the subject on me!"
Brian sighed again. "I truly don't know what to say to you Chris, I mean you
don't want to be with me,"
"Bullshit! Don't give me that sorry for yourself act, trying to make me feel
bad about my decision!"
This time Charisma started for the door, but Brian grabbed her arm. "Chris,
please don't be mad at me,"
Charisma turned around. "You're the one who's mad,"
Brian sighed for a third time. "I'm not mad, I'm hurt, I want to be with you,
but you don't feel the same way,"
"Brian, of course I do!"
"Then why don't you want to move in together?"
"I'm scared,"
Brian took her arms and placed them around his neck, then wrapped him arms
around her waist. "Why are you scared?"
Charisma sighed this time. "I don't know, I just am,"
"Chris, I would never do anything to hurt you,"
Charisma nodded. "I know,"
"So do you trust me?"
Charisma nodded again. "I never not trusted you,"
Brian smiled and leaned in and kissed her. Charisma deepened the kiss. Brian
picked her up and led her to the bed.
The next morning Howie and Geri were sitting at the kitchen table looking at
the paper when Kevin and Jaci walked into the room.
"Up before noon, two days in a row!" Howie teased.
"Morning to you, too, Howie," Kevin said.
"Good night sleep?" Geri asked.
Jaci shrugged her shoulders. "It was ok, atleast we didn't sleep next to A.J's
room, amn did you hear the noises coming from that room?
Howie snickered. "You think that was bad, you should have heard the noises
from Brian and CC's room!"
"Wait, are you saying that Brian and CC were goin' at it?" Kevin asked.
"If you want to put it like that.. yeah" Geri smirked.
"You guys weren't exactly quiet either…" Kevin smirked.
Howie and Geri blushed a bit. "Shut up!" Geri cried.
"Good Morning friends!" A.J's voice echoed the room.
"Morning A.J, good night last night?" Jaci smiled.
"Oh, one of the best,"
"Couldn't tell by the noises that were coming outta your room," Kevin smirked.
A.J smirked back. "Like I said, it was a great night,"
"You braggin' Mr. McLean?" Jade's voice teased.
"Only cause you're the best!"
Jade rolled her eyes. "Speaking of that, did you guys here the noises from
Brian and CC's room?"
"Oh yeah, we did," Howie chimed.
"I think it's sweet," Geri smiled.
"Yeah, me too," Jade smiled.
"Morning everyone!" Brian's happy voice echoed through out the room. Charisma
behind him.
"Morning Rok, good night?" A.J teased.
"Oh, the best,"
"I bet," Jade teased.
"What's that suppose to mean?"
"Oh, nothin," Kevin smiled.
Brian went to say something, but the phone interupped it. "I got it," he said
and grabbed the phone. "Hello?"
"Hi, Bri? It's Nick,"
"Oh, hey Nick!"
"Hey,"
"So what's up?"
"We wanted to tell you that were leaving in a few to come back,"
"Lia's coming back with you?"
"Yup, we worked everything out,"
"That's great!"
"Yeah, so we'll be there in a few hours,"
"Ok hold on," Brian said and covered the mouth piece. "They are gonna leave
and come back in a few hours," Brian told everyone, they nodded.
"Brian, I thought that we were going to Boca today, to get my stuff," Charisma
asked.
"Oh yeah, let me tell him!" Brian smiled. "Nick? Me and CC are coming to Boca
to get her stuff, you wanna wait for us there?"
"Let me ask Lia,"
"Ok," Brian heard Nick place the phone down, A few minutes later, he was back.
"Ok, she said we'll wait, when will you be here?"
"Soon, a few hours,"
"Ok, see ya then,"
"Later buddy!"
Brian hung up the phone, everything was going great.
