I went to their concert on July 21 at Darien Lake. It was really cool. The opening act was Aaron Carter, Jimmy Ray and S.O.A.P. Aaron was the best. He sang Shake It and Crush on You. His dancers taught us how to do the dance in Shake It and in the middle of Shake It Brian Came out started to do the dance with Aaron. IAlso Aaron pointed out his siblings, his parents, and his grand parents. It was cute! Then when Jimmy Ray came on he kept sayin "Backstreet Boys" and the audience kept screaming which was funny. I didn't really pay attention during S.O.A.P. nobody did!
It's me Dawne, the girl who ended up in the hospital after that drunk girl pushed me. I missed the concert:( Anyways, a couple of weeks ago I got a bill for my "lovely" ambulance ride, $156. For some reason medicare doesn't cover that!! So I spent $40 dollars on a ticket to go to a concert to wait in the rain all night and NOT end up seeing the BSB. On top of that I have a $156 bill for my night of pain. My Dad has been in touch with the promoters but to no avail. If we don't hear from them this week my Dad wants our lawyer to get involved. I just don't want to cause any problems for the BSB. The promoters on the other hand have a responsability to the kids. I had a right to be safe and when i informed security of the drink problem with proof of their liquor bottles something should have been done!!! Instead it was a night in the emergency room.
I don't have to meet the BSB, that's not what i'm about. I would like them to know what goes on at their concerts besides all that glitz. I have osteoporosis, i could have been paralysed that night. That's why i love the BSB boys, they can dance and have fun like i used to. I asked the paramedics to just let me lay on the ground to listen to their voices and imagine them dancing. I'm a Provincial Cheerleading Champion who can no longer dance, only watch and dream and that night my only dream left was stolen:( What a birthday present huh, That was 3 days before i turned 18.
PLEASE put this story up on your web page. I tried to get in touch with people but this is the only way the fans will learn. Your actions have consequences. The BSB are only people(although very talented), most fans are just kids who need to be protected. I will be okay but maybe next time some little child won't be so lucky. Please let people hear this.

Hi! My BsB story is actually kind of upsetting. See, I went to one of their concerts in November and me and my friends had backstage tickets to meet them! I was sooo happy! We were at the concert and when it ended their was an announcement that the boys had to leave early do to a band commitment! I was soo upset! I really wanted to see Brian! He is my fav!
