Hello and Thanks for checking out my School Section! Let's see.. I start school everyday at 7:40 a.m. at Groveport Madision High School. That's Monday thru Friday until 2:25 p.m. I have to go upstairs for first period for American History with Mr. Scheffler. He is a very cool teacher so far. We usually have a test on either Wednesdays or Fridays. Then after a test, On the next day we usually watch a movie for the next chapter! We always play Jeopardy the day before as well.
I got a 78 % in his class right now and well last year, I failed every test in History but passed with a D- .. I havn't failed any History this Test YET lol. He is a good teacher and keeps it simple so then I can learn while not making it complicated at the same time. I give Mr. Scheffler a Thumbs Up lol.
I then walk downstairs for Biology for second period. I have Mr. Swendonmen for that class and he has a assistant teacher. He don't believe in killing a animal for no reason in which is a good thing. I got a C in his class, A 76 %. I don't like Science overall that much at all but I still like his class because even though we have something to do everyday.. It's still easy and simple.
It's not College-Prep so he tries to pass everyone. I think the only way he won't pass someone is if they don't do nothing at all. I still do the work in his class because I need the credit. I also give Mr. Swendonmen a thumbs up lol.
I then walk to the other side of the school for Geometry. Mr. Frazier! I got a lot of friends in that class that try to help me out. They are way smarter than I am! I got a 61 % in his class but it ain't because of my friends, It's because I don't understand this teacher. He gives us notes in words.. Then expects us to know how to figure out drawings with the notes! He don't give us answers to test to study! When we fail a test, to be able to make it up.. We must correct the problems we missed. (LIKE HELLO) If we missed them then we don't know how to do them!!
Mr. Frazier is OLD..He already had a heart-attack this year and came back. He needs to retire.. Not at the end of the year..Not Next Year..Not in five..ten years..BUT NOW! If there was another teacher I would do WAY BETTER. He's one of the worst teachers I have ever had and that's why I'm giving him a thumb WAY WAY WAY WAY DOWN!
Then fourth and fifth period splits up because there is a A day and a B day. Fourth and fifth periods are a hour apiece because there is four different lunches and each lunch is a half-hour. So we have a hour and a half class..Usually rotating days. Like on A days.. I come to Choir for Chamber Choir (Advanced Choir).. We sing for a hour then go to lunch 5A, then come back for a half-hour and sight-sing. Then on B days.. I go to lunch first at 4A.. Then go to Choir for Select-Ensemble Choir (Individual-Advanced Choir) and we sing for like a half-hour then for the other hour we either get a study-hall OR have to take a fifteen-Minute Private Lesson with Ms. Hays.
I'm in Choir everyday overall for almost three hours. It's almost like a family lol. There is some people that I hate in there but overall, We still sorta in our own way look out for each other. A lot of people talk behind Ms. Hays back.. But overall even though I don't agree with everything she does.. I still give her a Thumbs Up.
I'm in Concert Choir (Regular Choir) for Sixth Period. That's right, I'm in Choir for three straight back-to-back choirs in a row! It gets hot, cold, and stuffy in that room after a while lol.. But you learn to get used to it! I got A+'s in all three choir's and you already know that I give Ms. Hays a thumbs up.
I then have to go upstairs for last period, English II with Ms. Witt. We have read "Go Ask Alice" this year and did a essay that I got a 100 % on. I'm doing very well in her class because I got a 95 % in it. I got 100 %'s on all of the test's, quiz's, and essay's! I like the class even though it's upstairs and I have a lot of people that barely can even talk American. I have Andrew in that class with me so it's cool.
We watch movies sometimes in the class and everyday at the beginning of the period we have to write a Journal-Entry. It's alright though and Ms. Witt is a understanding teacher so overall I give her a thumbs up as well.
I like school SO FAR this year.. Other than Geometry with Mr. Frazier. I might be joining the Wrestling Team very soon. I might so then I can get back in shape and stay in shape lol. Well that's it for School Updates.. I'll update again around the Semester ending time! See ya then!
