Floor joists are high grade southern yellow pine or spruce pine fir. Materials of excellent quality provide a durable home.

Full depth floor joists are place at floor decking seams. This means added overall strength. The combination of the steel chassis and the durable high grade wood floor joists make this one of the strongest floor systems built.

 

  
     

The floor joists
are bolted to
the steel frame.

Each steel outrigger is secured to the wood floor joists by 3" lag bolts.
