* The roof system is designed, constructed and tested to withstand
more than 175% of the maximum load requirements set by the HUD code...strong
and overbuilt.
* Computer designed "bridge-type" roof trusses built
and secured with multiple gang nail plates provide a strong uniform roof.
* These roof trusses are 20 pounds per square foot to provide
extra strength and protection.
* "Bridge-type" roof trusses can support 500 pounds
per truss on single section homes and nearly 600 pounds per rafter for multi-section
homes. Each "bridge-type" truss is glued/foam bonded to the back
of the 3/8" gypsum sheet rock ceiling. This provides structural integrity.
* Full 3/8"-thick gypsum sheet rock ceiling board gives strength
to the structure as well as insulation value.
*A built-in vapor barrier in the ceiling board resists moisture
and provides a clean white ceiling.
* Our homes can be built to pass or exceed requirements for wind
zones 1, 2, or 3. Strength, strength, and more strength!
* Some models qualify for the highest wind zone requirements -
exposure D classification. These are homes that can be placed within 1500
feet of the coast line. Unbelievable strength and quality construction.
