June 12th.- Racing was canclled due to flooded parking lots

June 5th.- We decided not to race tonight.

May 31st.- Happy Memorial Day!...we'll be back next week.

May 29th.- This Memorial Day weekend we decided to go camping insted of racing since the weather was so beautiful.

May 22nd.- Due to heavy rains two days in a row racing was canclled due to flooded parking lots and infields.

May 15th.- Tonights racing was called due to rain.

May 8th.- Finally a beautiful day to be racing. Although the circumstances we encountered were not as pretty.
On lap 5 during practice the car just shut off and Lisa was able to coast back to the pit. Not knowing much at all about fuel injected motors we weren’t able to come up with a solution. The car would start and run well so we figured it was just a one time thing.
In the heat race the problem returned…once again on lap 5! Lisa was running a real strong 2nd place and coming out of turn 4 for the white flag the car decided to shut off again. This time in the pit the car wouldn’t even idle so we decided to put it on the trailer and call it a night. Were looking at a possible fuel injector problem so we’ll get them fixed and head back for next week.

May 1st.- Tonights racing action was cut short due to rain showers.

April 24th.- With a total of only 13 total laps under her belt Lisa brought home the checker flag tonight in the 5th heat for the Lorain Speedway Spectator Stock division.
With a not to hot qualifying time of 23.230 that time earned her the pole for the last heat race. Once the green droped it looked as if she was going to settle in for second place but with the leader pushing up high in turn two Lisa over took the lead and never looked back.
In feature action she once again started on the pole. Within 2 laps the racing was going 3 wide with Lisa on the inside. A slight push in turn one let most of the field go by underneath. She had to settle for 11th place out of the 21 cars that started.
Not to shabby for a rookie..lol

April 17th.- There was a chance of showers today and sure enough they hit half way through qualifying. With more rain on the way the track decided to call it a night.
Before the rain hit Lisa did get to run 5 practice laps. The car wasn't one of the fastest for sure but with a little work it should be right up there.

April 10th.-We sat out opening day trying to get all the loose ends tied up. This Saturday though we will be out there and from what we seen Saturday on opening day Lisa should have one of the better looking cars out there. But looks don't make you go fast so hopefully the car will perform as well as it looks.
