"Stark County doesn't use shields.  Instead, they use this style of street name signs at the intersections of county roads and state routes. (The roads do have numbers, but they aren't posted.)

This particular assembly comes from the intersection of Alabama Avenue NW and Wooster Street NW in Tuscarawas Township, between East Greenville and North Lawrence."
