As We Travel
As we travel each day on life's journey
We should understand it well,
That each day brings us closer
To Heaven or Hell.
If we had our sins forgiven,
If we've walked all in His light,
We can leave this world so happy,
Not fearing death's dark night.
We can go to live with Jesus,
Where we'll know no sorrow there,
Where all will be joy and gladness,
With our loved ones over there.
But if our sins are not forgiven,
If our heart is not made right,
We'll be cast into outer darkness
Into Hell's dark night
O sinner, hear God's pleading,
O come to Him today
He will make your life so happy,
He will turn your night to day.
