Artist Linda Bergvist..

Through the Mist

Through the mist she travels

Traipsing past lost memories

Feeling joys of yesterday

Singing praises out to former loves

Winding past the moments

Reaching to grasp for something more

When did her life start moving slowly

With roses being grown just for her

Time stops to let her smell their fragrance

Dancing in the moonlight

Music provided by nightly creatures

Swaying to steps designed to set her free

Petals cascade about her

As Winter creeps into the night

The chill will never phase her

As she dances away the time

Her dearest lover pulls her ever tighter

As she sings softly into the breeze..

Youth is all but forgotten

As she travels on with age

She holds a clear beauty within her mind

Endowed with Wisdom of a century

A delicate piece of advice passed

She learned somewhere along life's way

Eye's that glimmer when she sigh's

A smile of the brightest light

Arm's strong to hold the generations

A great heart enfolding her passions

A wondrous soul to project delight

Dedicated to all the Woman who feel growing older subtracts from their beauty...The older I get the more Love and Beauty I feel in my Soul. Each age has changed me and my life for the better. Each year with constant work I gain more insight and understanding about life to pass on to my Children. Each moment becomes more profound.. I no longer waste precious moments on things or people I do not like..leaving my Soul free to bask in more Love and Happiness. Glory in your new age no matter how many years you have walked the Earth.. Each year has been a learning experiance and each line a Trophy for battles hard won. The Beauty of the woman I have decided moves from the outside of a womans body to the inside the older she gets.  Giving her a Heavenly glow of respect  that can only be aquired with age. Diana
