Appearance: Rio dresses as a gambler's daughter would, in an emerald green silk dress edged in black that reaches her ankles and is slit up both sides to the thighs to allow for easy movement, her silver pistol is strapped to her right thigh with a green garter. She also wears black ankle high boots, trimmed with dark green and made of thin, flexible leather. Her skin is very pale from living inside all of the time.

Background: Rio's life drastically changed after the sudden death of her father. The scientist, gone mad after the mysterious death of his wife after the birth of their child, Octavian Kipper took his baby girl back to his secret laboratory where he raised her and taught her the ways of manipulation and his favorite past time, gambling - or cheating at gambling. Rio discovered Kipper's personal diaries after his freak accident, and learned everything about her past. Full of confusion and anger she set out to discover everything she could about her mother's death, ready to go at any lengths.

Strengths: Rio's body chaotically cycles through the five major elements making it difficult for her to be weak against any one type of magic or foe with a specific magic base. Her one true innate magic is Chaos.

Weaknesses: Frustration is Rio's greatest weakness. And with her body cycling through magic, it also makes it difficult for her to be strong against any one type of magic or foe with a specific magic base. Her own magic often gets confused and makes things twice as difficult for her in a fight. However, Rio is always weak against light magic and cannot survive well in chaos' climate.

Other: The inherited traits from her parents have made Rio moderately insane and somewhat shy. She often has a temper and acts on impulse when her mind has broken down but will be calm and cool tempered when her mind is straight. Things such as frustraition, anger, confusion, will make Rio's mind break down so she tries to avoid the bad emotions as much as possible. Rio has an odd love for the past and will collect any trinket she can possibly manage that associates with history, even if it means paying a large price or simply stealing it.

Limit Skills
I. Douzaine - This attack works on up to a dozen enemies, her chaos magic is split into a dozen seperate masses but only one mass can hit each person targetted, the left over just fades into nothing once all targets have been hit. The shadow mass creates a black film over the target and slowly drains their energy until they are unconscious. Any Light magic is it's only counter.
II. En plein - This attack only works on one person, however it does much more damage on this one person than Douzaine but is used with the same amount of power. En plein works just like Douzain but the result is much worse than knocking the target out, instead it drains them unto death. Only Holy magic is it's only counter.

Guardian Stats
RIO
Oddly, Rio is her own guardian in a matter of speaking. She is nor demon nor angel, but the genetic changes in her body allows Rio to transform into an armored black lioness whenever the maddness deepens too greatly. She has no magic attack in this form, but the claws armored with steel are exceptionally lethal.
