Appearance: Rimmer wears a long white duster and black trousers along with a collar around his neck and a patch over his left eye. His arms and wrists are bound with a series of five horizontal straps from the wrists to the elbow looped through one vertical. Each strap is locked into place and can only be released with an electronic key. He has a glazed over, dreamy look and an accumlulation of scars marring his body.

Background: Known only by his last name, Rimmer's full past can be found in the database of Exile's computer system. He was born in Agyieus, the son of a prominent politician, but somewhere along the path of his adolescence something kicked loose and his mind spiraled into insanity. He was sent to the political asylum in Exile at the age of twelve after slaughtering his classmates in the posh boarding school he attended.

Strengths: His magical base is Sense and Rimmer is a psychic and psychokinetic powerhouse. He has the ability to read the memories of those around him, not their current thoughts, but what they've done in the past, he then simply recycles it into their current train of thought or exchanges it with someone elses memories. For the most part, he sees things and people as they were, not as they are, and bend anyone or anything's physical appearance by shere force of will. His telekinetics are often extreme and generally involve the movement of sharp objects. If confronted violently, his magical base also allows him to set up a defense around his opponents skills, which he can determine by scanning their mind and picking out the information he needs.

Weaknesses: Rimmer's insanity works heavily against him as does his sadistic and masochistic nature. Given the opportunity, he will lash out violently and often with lethal force. He is also suseptable to physical force, though he enjoys it, as being bound prevents him from defending himself with anything other than his mental prowess-thus anyone immune to psychic attacks is immune to all but the telekinetic side of Rimmer's defense.

Other: Rimmer loves sharp things, anything from a broken shard of glass to the finest knife or sword. Although his arms are bound, his fingers are not and he can pick up objects, more often than not to inflict some kind of damage to himself, but if given the chance he can become lethal with a single thought. He's also a chronic sleepwalker.

Special Skills:

Psychokinesis: The word "psycho" should be foremost on the victim's mind once this attack starts. After stunning his foe with a mental twitch, Rimmer will suddenly leap at them, kicking them, biting them and mauling them without warning. The entire thing can last up to a full minute depending on the victim's strength of mind.

Slow Gen Fizz: Studying his opponent's mind, Rimmer gets a blueprint of their genetic make up and gradually begins to alter it through his psychokinetic prowess. Though non-lethal, the Slow Gen Fizz is irreversable and can cause heavy to moderate damage depending on how much of what part of the genetic code Rimmer alters.

Neurotic Table of the Elements: Rimmer's strongest skill comes in the form of an invisible aura that he creates around his foe (or foes since this one does work on groups), the aura is unseen to anyone but Rimmer and seemingly does nothing, until the victims attempt to use any kind of elemental skills. Neurotic Table of Elements simply reverses the chemistry of magic, thus a fire user will suddenly be using water, a water user will use fire, holy will beget shadow and so on. This can have severe damage effects on the victims as their weakness to the element they are now possessed of kicks in and can be fatal if the victim commences with their attempts at magic, physical attacks are all that can be used safely for the amount of time the aura is in place. It also causes confusion as to whether or not the aura -has- disappeared and can panic an opponent who is heavily reliant upon elemental magic.

More a tormentor in Rimmer's troubled mind than a guardian, Schmerzlos is an angel in the form of a sleek white ferret, who's skill, Novacaine, prevents Rimmer from feeling either mental or physical pain of any sort.
