|  Appearance: Wears black, from his boots upward, the hat is optional, he wears it only when not on a job. He carries three pistols, only one of which you generally see, and a rifle in a saddle holster for long range shots. Long black duster, hair tied back with a black leather cord, will often wear shaded glasses, not necessarily dark. Black fullfingered gloves-he's basically a cowboy. Background: Born in the outlying area around Agyieus, Moriarty was raised a hunter until the age of 12 when his father was murdered by a bandit. He swore revenge, searching for the killer throughout the cities of Quatuor and Azseroth with no luck until he joined a guild of thieves. Once inside the bandit's own world, he quickly made a place among the criminal elite, his quick reflexes, keen eye and ever-faithful trigger made him an ideal enforcer and protector as well as a top knotch thief. Though he's not forgotten his vow to kill the bandit who murdered his father, he has relinquished his chase for now, but it is ever-present on his mind. His marriage to Despair Strixx and the subsequent birth of their daughter Shia II, are the only events in his life that Moriarty has found comfort in. Strengths: Moriarty is electrokinetic, he can control the currents of electricity in the air, thus he can control their effects on objects within the air. Once fired, his bullet never misses it's mark because he can bend the air around it, sending it dodging around trees and obstacles and increasing or decreasing it's velocity, in short, a bullet fired from one of his guns never stops until he wants it to. His electrokinetic power also makes him a Thunder elemental, so he's strong against any water based attacker. |
Weaknesses: Earth grounds out his Thunder element, but does nothing against his electrokinesis. He's also scared to death of snakes for reasons he will not divulge. His family is also one of his greatest weaknesses and should any harm befall them (including his inlaws) it draws out the suppressed rage that he fights to keep control of.
Other: Moriarty is rather aloof, he likes his space, but he can be friendly if approached in the right manner. He's exceptionally intelligent, though it's often overlooked for his marksmanship skills, and a true gentleman when dealing with anyone other than a mark or bully. He is especially protective of his wife and daughter and will shoot first and ask questions later should anything threaten them in any way.

Aftershock: manipulating the electricity in the air around his opponent, Moriarty will cause his victim to absorb it into their own body, causing a massive seizure centralizing in the brain. Though non-lethal to most, it can prove deadly to a waterbased foe.
Max Velocity this attack creates a ball of invisible electrokinetic energy that builds in power until eventually slamming into his foe. Max Velocity has no range limitation so long as he knows where his target is at and the farther the distance the ball has to travel, the harder it hits.
Static Cling: this attack forces electrokinetic energy to bond to his opponent, slowing their movements down to a crawl or stopping them altogether. It's a diversion tactic and does no damage even to a water based enemy.
Abandon Hope: The sky is falling in this attack, literally. Moriarty will summon electrokinetic energy not only from the air around him, but from the farthest reaches of space-what it does is encompasses the entire globe in a massive electrokinetic net. This is a global killer attack, if he pulls the net inward it'll tighten around the Earth until the reaction causes a massive implosion at the planet's core. This however has a 99% chance of never being done as it would kill everyone including himself. What he will do with the net is expand it, essentially making everyone (excluding Moriarty) weightless, so unless you're an astronaut in a weighted suit, you're gonna have a hell of a time moving around.

Ripley's an angel in pure energy form, he's like a buzz of static that no one can see, including Moriarty. His attack is called Electrocutioner and basically fries whoever appears to be annoying Moriarty at the moment by surrounding their body and releasing his electric power into them.
