Jasmine Skie

Appearance: She wears snug fitting black cotton pants with a sleeveless tight black midrif halter top underneath a loose white shirt, that remains untied and open in the front and slit up the sides to just under her arms but held at the waist with a flowing red silk sash; and black knee length boots cuffed at the top, pirate style. An engraved silver ring adorns her left index finger, it's origins unknown. Her eyes change color with her moods but are most often a deep ocean-green, and long flame colored hair (changed from the white-blond that it was in her childhood) falls in loose waves to her waist. Her elegant rapier, gifted to her by her father, is almost always hanging at her side whether or not there is need for it.

Background: Born and raised on her father's ship, the Darkhorse, Jasmine has a passion for the sea that is only matched by that of her father's. Her only other true love being the ship's engineer, Koda Adlantiss, who she had been smitten by since an early age but would just never admit to it him or even to herself. But after her father, Bantam Skie, was murdered by a member of the crew, Jasmine inherited the Darkhorse and turned towards the more dangerous piracy vowing to one day return the favor to the ruthless killer that stole her precious only living relative. Under the instruction and the protection of her deceased father, a ghost that haunted her ship, Jasmine sails the haunted vessle in her father's name wherever the waves take her and her loyal crew.

Strengths: Fire magic has little effect on her, she was a mysterious counterpart to her father's water based magic. Living on a ship her entire life she is quick and agile and able to climb and even hide exceptionally well. With alot of time on her hands in her youth, she learned how to read and write and calculate quanties of cargo and money under the close tutelage of their shipmate, a talking dog named Ruede.

Weaknesses: Even though she is exceptionally intellent, she is physically weak in a fight, save for her skill with her rapier. Jasmine is particularly weak against water based magic, and avoids it when she can.

Other: Jasmine is quiet and withdrawn after the destruction of her peace of mind that died with her father and with the unspoken love she feels for the ship's engineer, Koda. Yet she still clings to the red yo-yo that her father had gifted to her as a child, the only thing other than the ship that remained of her once happy childhood.

Limit Skills
I. Around the World - The string of her yo-yo ignites with flames that travel down to the yo-yo then Jasmine propells it over her head to either just hit people or tie them up with it.
II. Blaze of Glory - Using the same tactic as with Around the World, Jasmine ignites the blade of her rapier with flames.
III. The Haunted - Jasmine calls upon the spirit of her father to assist, or protect, her in battle.
