Appearance: Wears black trousers, generally close to the body, a gray, sleeveless shirt with a green vest. He wears two sets of gloves, a green pair which reach just below the shoulder and a black pair with varying fingers removed. His black hair is ankle length and tied with two green ribbons. Background: Dwyer is the youngest of four children born into a family of guards stationed within the border town Greywater. Unlike his elder siblings, he has never been combatative and prefers quiet solitute opposed to the adventurous lives of his parents. Seeing that he possessed no desire to fight, his mother sent him to the Mawhonican capital city of Ashkamate at the age of 10 where he spent the rest of his childhood with his grandfather, an elder sage within the Loup Garou. Unable to control runestones, Dwyer quickly adapted his own inherant magic, Illusion, into the visual form of potent magic called Sigils, a skill known only to him. Strengths: Magic and acrobatics. Dwyer's talents with the Sigil are extreme and exact, his magic spells are unbreakable, though rarely are their effects permanent. He's an exceptional athlete and acrobat, so tumbling, jumping and climbing are all skills he's masterful of. Weaknesses: Though a master of the Sigil, it's the only magic that Dwyer can use. He carries a mastered holy rune, but doesn't know how to use it, and is vulnerable to any spell cast from any runestone. Other: The colors of Dwyer's Sigils demonstrate not only their power, but their purpose. An elemental spell will take on the colors commonly identified with such spells: red and orange for fire, blue and white for water, green and brown for earth and white, blue and green for wind. While possessing no true elemental strength in magical base, Dwyer will more predominantly trust an elemental ice based ally. |

Dwyer really only has one limit skill. It comes in three parts, but requires knowing the target's name:
Signed: Dwyer begins his special skill by drawing a Sigil of the intended target's name, which focuses the magic on that person alone.
Sealed: once the Sigil of the person's name is drawn, Dwyer will then cast a spell of holding, which paralyzes the victim making them unable to either speak or move.
Delivered: the last part depends upon either Dwyer's mood or the request of someone he's with. His attack at this point can vary between death and any kind of permanent status, such as blind, silence or confusion.
Signed, Sealed and Delivered's main advantage is that no matter where his target may be, Dwyer can still cast any form of magic upon them simply by knowing their name. Distance and obstacles are irrelevant.

Balai is an angel. She has no attack, but will surround Dwyer in a protective aura that reders him invulnerable to both magic and physical attack. The shield will last for five minutes, making it possible for him to either decimate his opponent or flee.
