Appearance: Black trousers and white lab coat, irreversably stained with blood. Though 21 in physical appearance, Cadence is well over 300.

Background: In Orion's court he was an angel of sleep, providing inspiration and clear thought for dreams and rest. Cadence, however; has never been entirely benign, he's always had a malignant urgency to cause fatal harm. Things began to go awry after he discovered that by altering thought patterns of sleeping victims he could enter the physical Earth in a manifested form, slaughter them and then return to Orion's court. Once the god discovered his evil tendencies, he stripped Cadence of his angelic divinity and banished him to earth. Doing this was more a punishment to the human world than to Cadence, the sudden access to what he craved triggered a breakdown in his mind and he began slaughtering at will. Realizing his mistake too late, Orion sought to rectify himself by putting Cadence to sleep for the rest of time, but human curiousity found him 275 years later and broke the spell.

Strengths: Once being an angel of sleep, Cadence has the ability to cast his victim in a state of stasis, essentially putting them to sleep for a set period of time. Though malicious in his quests for blood, his victims actually feel nothing since they're very much asleep.

Weaknesses: His lust for the sight of human blood. Blood draws Cadence like a bee to honey, as will anything red. This makes him easy to draw away from the group and trap.

Other: Cadence harnesses ill will against Orion only for putting him to sleep for 275 years, banishing him to earth was more a reward than a punishment, but being unable to act while upon the earth triggered his hatred. The only real way to prevent becoming one of Cadence's victim's if he gets his sights set on you, is to be able to resist sleep because, although his malignant side is more prominent, the part of him that is still benign will not allow him to slaughter a conscious being.

Limit Skills
I. Metronome - using this skill, Cadence can put an entire group of victims to sleep in a matter of seconds, most human minds being unable to resist the soothing rhythm of the ticking.
II. Dreamweaver - using this skill, Cadence will use his magic to weave an intriquit illusion in which the victim thinks they actually are asleep. Believing they're asleep allows for their mind to succomb to it, thus rendering them unconscious.
