If the mall represents the triumph of the world of surfaces, a temple of color, glass, and light,

than this video attempts through a repetitive pattern of processed color decay to break through

those surfaces. Is any deeper truth revealed, or does the process create only more and more

surfaces, an impenetrable and inescapable perpetuation of facile, commodified images?
