Well, I'm sad for the boxer and the bunnies and the rest of us who like things the way they were. But I trust Him and Tony and have to stay optimistic. That's the word of the day.
I don't want to hear about how I have no focus, no goals, no life skills, don't care enough about the world, etc. As I told dad, I cared so damned much I wound up in therapy. No desire to go back down that road again, thanks.
I had a great time at the fair; hot and junk-foody and saw one of those cheezy hypnotists. I think I was the only one left in the world who hadn't. And dad won me a big stuffed donkey. I got a little cow for Thomas.
I'm still lobbying for 36 hr days to get all my work done, but while I'm at it I'd like 9 day weeks, too, kay? Yeah, work on it. Speed Divas still languishes and so does Road Rage, though that one's nearing completion--just have to get it into the computer.
I'm 14/19 resolved calls at work and going for a QA position at work; off the phones, and a little more money. I'm in.
And I just thought this song was cute--and played with my heartstrings. You know why....'night

Bunny Bedtime from Animaniacs
Music by Randy Rogel.

Runt: (yawn), definitely (yawn).
Rabbits: (yawn)
Runt: Bedtime. Definitely bedtime.
Runt: It's time to close your bunny eyes
      And rest your bunny heads
      Sleep all night through
      And I hope that you
      Won't wet your bunny beds.
(spoken) Definitely don't wanna wet the bunny beds.
Rita: [from doorway] Hey, it's a cartoon.  What'd ya expect? Sondheim?
