Sugoro Quest is the most odd RPG I've played ever, and that's past High School Kimenguni, which was on the Mark III by Sega. The English translation is not complete, but it works well enough. Everything in the game is controlled by rolling dice, from fighting to moving. The game is semi-interesting, as the translators took a few liberties with non-essential text. Near-exact quote:
