5 years we are starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel. The OEPA
told a lower court that they did not receive any money from Envirotest, then
they turned around and told the 9th district court of appeals they did receive
funds and the director even sent us a letter to confirm the matter. This is
perjury in most peoples book. The Director even stated in the environmental
E-Check sub-committee that they receive 2 million a year from Envirotest.
Are we the people supposed to set back at let these un-elected officials lie to
the people in order to keep funding rolling in?
