I'm glad you stopped by. Here you will find some of my favorite poems, songs and links to some of my favorite sites. Hope you enjoy your visit, please sign my guestbook and let me know what you think or if you have a site you want listed I will be more than happy to post it. Just remember this is a family site.

My name is Sherry I was born in a small coalmining camp in Whitesville, West Virginia. We moved to Ohio when I was 5 years old. I am the youngest of 4 children, I have 3 older brothers Kennith, Buddy and Gene who I love very much. We lost our brother Gene in Jan.1995 to cancer. He is sadly missed by all of us.

My husband Larry and I were married in 1967 and we have 2 children, Steve & Melissa who have given us 6 beautiful grandchildren. I couldn't ask for a better family, I am proud of all of them. Larry and I like to cruise in our old cars. We have done a few cars over the years, they are not showroom perfect and we are not out to win any awards. Our cars are for pleasure and we want to enjoy them. Right now we have a 1957 Chevy and a 1951 Chevy. Larry retired in Feb. 2001 so this gives us more time to do the things we like.

Steve and Sandy make their home not far from us. He has 5 beautiful blonde hair, blue eye girls, Kayla, Ashley, Angelique, Stephanie and stepdaughter RayAnna. Steve loves his dirt bike, of course mother doesn't like it. You would think after a bad broken leg and a year with a steel rod in his leg he would find another hobby.

Melissa also makes her home not far from us and has 2 beautiful dark hair, dark eye children. Carly and our only grandson Austin. Melissa is now a single mother and doing a good job at raising her children. Between working and raising her children she doesn't have much time for any hobbies.
Melissa has met a wonderful guy and is now living in West Virginia. I miss having her here but I know she is very happy now.

We also have an extended family. Bill and his wife Patty. Bill is like a son to us and is always around to help his Maw & Paw. They have 2 children Stephanie and Wayne. Bill is the one that got me hooked on the computer. He set me up with my first computer and I think he has been sorry ever since. I am always calling him for help when something goes wrong, and with me there is always something. But I'm hooked.

I am always looking for new sites. I can almost say I have been around the world with my computer. Always meeting new people and getting reaquainted with old ones. I've played games with people all over the world. Gotten reaquainted with family members that I haven't seen for a while and met some that have been added to the family by marriage. We now have a family site that is growing all the time. Good way to keep in touch and share photo's of the family.

I love animals. Larry and I share our home with our 10 year old black chow, Buster, and our cat MissKitty and her 2 kittens, Sassy and Tiny. Buster was given to me when he was 9 months old by a friend of my husband. It was a few weeks after the death of my father, Buster already had his name and the strange part was, that was my fathers nickname. MissKitty was a stray that adopted us a few years ago. Beautiful tortoise shell marking. What is unusual about her is her thumbs. She gave us Sassy and Tiny. Sassy is a gray tiger with 6 toes. She is bigger than her mother and sister but for some strange reason very timid, runs and hides at the least little noise. Tiny was named because she was the runt of the litter. She has tri color tiger markings and a tail long enough for 2 cats. Tiny was born with part of her back leg missing, this worried me at first but it doesn't stop her. She can climb a tree and out run any of them.
Sadly we lost Buster to cancer on August 8, 2002. He was a Great companion and friend and we miss him dearly.
