Statement of Purpose

People of All Colors Together / Youngstown (PACT/Youngstown) seeks to overcome barriers created by race, sexual orientation, culture, age, "ablism," and socio-economic background. PACT/Youngstown is not a sex club, nor is it a couples club. You need not be in an interracial relationship or a relationship at all to be a member of our organization. You need only share in the goals of our statement of purpose.
