Lady Death was born of the joining of Satan and a Wife of God (nun), which to most makes her the ultimate Sin. Her mother died giving birth to her, and the others cast the child out, also burning the body of the mother. Exposed to the elements, the child couldn't die, and her wails were heard outside for days.
Finally one night they stopped, and the Sisters coming to investigate come upon a horrible scene: Satan himself had come to claim his daughter. Laughing at the frightened nuns, he disappeared, taking the child with him.
She was raised by her father in Hell, and once full grown, was given the job of helping Death retrieve the souls of the dead. Never having been given a name, she took the title of Lady Death. Now she travels Ayenee when she is not working, trying to find something to stimulate her devious mind.
