THUNDER Teams did great this summer.We played good ball and met new friends along the way.
For a 1st year team, our 14U team sure came "home" with a bunch of hardware!! Coach Mike Beers was an excellent teacher and demanded a lot from his girls.
They are truly better prepared for their last year of Middle School and will be quite an asset for their future High School teams. They are currently at the USSSA World Series so thier season hasn't ended YET!!
Their STATS will be published when they return.
Our 16U team had an outstanding season winning the USSSA Smokey Baker Grand Slam Tournament and the ASA Triple Crown. They also had 3rd and 4th place finishes in the Beavercreek Challenge and the All American Girls Classic. They were coached by Jerrod Newland and saw mass improvement as a second year team. They were ranked #1 in the State of Ohio and 20th in the Nation in USSSA points.

THUNDER 18U's had a rough season. We had several new members and never really came together as a team. Coach Tom Beers saw his girls come so close and just couldn't get the finish. The girls finished 3rd at the Beavercreek Challenge and well enough in the other tournament to remain 10th in the State in USSSA rankings.
