ABOUT US
After 36.5 years as a yard master for Norfolk & Southern Railroad, I retired. Not content to sit around and get "soft", I went on a rock hunting expedition with my brother-in-law out west. I was hooked! We collected so many rocks that we had to cut our trip short because the van would not hold any more! I ran a small engine repair business for many years but slowly sold it off when I retired. I have since converted the building into "Clif's Rock and Gem". I run the business with my wife who has a dedicated section for her hand made quilts and crafts. The "shop", as it is called in the family, is my home away from home.
