BEYOND THE GRAVE

Today we say good bye to loved ones,
That we'll never meet again;
'Till we see them up in Heaven,
Over on the golden strand.
But there's a day of great rejoicing,
By faith I see thru Heavens gate;
What a wonderful reunion,
Just beyond the grave.
Beyond the grave, I see the city,
That was built for you and me;
Beyond the grave, we'll live forever,
Throughout all eternity.
No sad good-byes will there be spoken,
He'll wipe all our tears away;
And there we'll spend endless ages,
Just beyond the grave.
Many rough roads I've had to travel,
And many mountains I've had to climb;
But when I felt that I was falling,
I could feel his hand in mine.
A few more miles down here to travel,
Then I'll see Jesus face to face;
And I'll receive my life sentence,
Just beyond the grave.
Beyond the grave, I see the city,
