The Story of Son Goku, An old Japanese Tale
The story of Goku, an old japanese tail is a true story, the story is about a monkey named Son Goku (Son Goku means Grandson Five Sky). Son Goku helped
a priest in this story. I don't know the details but this is probably why Akira Toriyama named the main character of the Dragon Ball series the same name as the character in this tale. The race Saiya-Jin is a monkey race, they turn into Oozaru and have tails, Goku is this race so this is probably why he did it(Akira Toriyama). Akira Toriyama probably heard this story as a kid and admired it so he named the the main character in it Son Goku. Pretty interesting, I don't know this for a fact but it seems very possible. |
