| This chapter may be just a bit disgusting for those
of you who prefer to ignore certain important functions of the human body,
and feel unnecessary shame at the thought that these functions are a part
of your own life. It is both sill and childish not to speak of something
simply because it is unpleasant. This ridiculous practice has resulted
in a society that is plagued with such ailments as constipation and diarrhea.
To those of you who are brave enough to read on, the following information may be something of a revelation. Consider, the average person wastes about half of what he or she eats on a daily basis, passing away vitamins and minerals that the body needs. The method of eating which was discussed in the previous chapter, however, produces much less waste and absorbs more of the vital nutrients from each mouthful of food. But, this is not the only problem that besieges the elimination system. As human being have become more civilized and industrialized, they postpone Nature’s call for unnatural periods of time in order to attend to matters of business. This causes the colon to become over-loaded. By not consuming enough water to properly moisten, soften and loosen this built-up waste material, the condition is further aggravated. If the body runs too short of fluids, it will, in desperation, draw water back from the fecal matter itself through the wall of the colon. In short, if it cannot get fresh water with which to perform its duties, it will settle for sewer water. Many people who have regular bowel movements every day are still constipated, however, although they may not know it. The walls of their colons are encrusted with old waste material, so impacted that only a narrow opening exists for the passage of a minimum of feces. The longer this material remains in the colon, the harder and drier it will become. Its color will become dark and its odor foul. If the bowels are clean and clear, the stool should be soft, light in color, and relatively free of odor. It is incredible how long old waste matter can remain in the colon. Some of it may encrust the system for months, or even years. Eventually, this material becomes so foul and rotten that it can create a breeding ground for harmful bacteria or worms. Diseases that grow rapidly in warm, dark, nasty places will also thrive in the human body, if given the proper environment. You would not like to crawl around in the filth of a sewer, so why would you want to carry such conditions around inside your body? If the colon is only partially blocked with old matter, it may be painlessly evacuated by merely increasing the amount of water taken in and regulating the habit of going to the toilet, perhaps more often. Many people, however, have colons that are almost completely blocked with old, impacted, dried, hardened, green waste. For ones such as these, a more drastic method is necessary. Nothing short of a warm water enema will remove their blockage. An unpleasant experience, to be sure, but generally not a painful one. The people of India discovered the miraculous benefits of the enema, many centuries ago, by observing the actions of certain long-billed birds of the Ibis family. When these birds became out-of-sorts, they would fill their mouths with fresh water and, inserting their beaks into their own rectums, would inject the water into their bowels. They would repeat this process, several times, until the bowel was completely evacuated. Then, after resting for a short while, the birds would drink freely from the lake or river to replenish their bodily fluids. For your first enema, purchase a kit from the local drugstore and inject only about a pint of slightly warm water into your bowel, holding it there for a few minutes. The water should not be hot, merely warm. The contents of the colon which will be carried away, as you release the water, may be of a most offense nature. But, certainly you would rather have this foul matter on the outside of your body than on the inside? Its stench should be enough to convince you of the danger such material poses to your physical health. This practice is best performed at night, just before going to bed. You will sleep much better and awaken revitalized. The next night, inject a full quart of water in the same manner. Then, skip a night and try another quart. Skip another night, then inject a full two (2) quarts. This entire process will take about a week and, during the time that you are cleaning out your pipes, you will have little or no normal bowel movements. But, do not be concerned. The liquid will have flushed away most of the matter that would have been evacuated as stool. In just a day or two after the cleansing process is completed, you will begin to get down to your regular business. Establish the habit of going to the toilet at the same time each day, whether you actually feel the call of Nature or not. The human body is fond of falling into habits, so use this tendency to your advantage. But, do not fail to heed the call at any other time, day or night, or you will have to repeat the cleansing process all over again. If you are at all concerned that the filth may be
again building up in your colon, you may repeat this procedure in six (6)
months or a year. But, please do not listen to the lunatics who will tell
you to make an enema a regular part of your life’s schedule. Some may go
so far as to recommend its use monthly, weekly, or even daily. This is
ludicrous. Drinking plenty of water, chewing your food properly, and a
habit of going to the toilet at regular times should be all that is necessary
to prevent any further complications or constipations.
