Pilaf
Pilaf is a short little brat whatchamacallit in Dragonball and brat in Dragonball GT. He is the main evil guy in Dragonball and his henchmen and his machines do all the work. But Goku, Krillin, Yamcha, Oolong, Bulma, and the other animals ruin his plans every day.
