Cell is a cyborg and looks like Frieza but different colors and a lot buffer. A picture of him is in the 1st or 2nd picture gallery on the bottom. He was created by Dr. Guru, a scientist who wanted Cell to be a soldier but not for a cause he wanted Cell to be. He was programmed Sayian, Namek, and Earthling techniques so he can predict their moves easily. With titanium armor, he is virtually indestructable until Gohan did a Dragon Punch. Cell can suck up things (people, animals, robots) power level and that makes him even stronger.
