Rachelle laid in Taylors arms the next morning, a place she felt safe, and comfortable. A place that would always be there for her when she needed it. Taylor looked at her tiredly and smiled, she kissed him softly and slowly they feel back asleep.
Tia and Zac were already awake and at the store, Zac had a craving for marshmellows. While Zac was looking for the good big marshmellows Tia was looking at magizines, she felt soemone put their arms around her waist and she smiled. "Did you find them Zac?" she asked while looking at the magizine. No answer. "Zac" BAM! A shot went off and Tia lay there in a pool of her blood, weakly she looked up at the figure.
"Don't try to have me put away again sweety..." the man said.....the man who raped her. Al of the sudden Tia's world went black.
"Tay, the phones for you." Rachelle said after hearing Diana yell for him.
"Huh? Oh, ok...." Tay grabed the phone. "Hello?"
"Tay.....I couldn't talk to mom I need you guys to come to the hospital.....Tia was shot......." Zac whispered while shaking frantically.
"OMG!" Tay jumped up and started geting dressed.
"What are you doing Tay?" Rach asked.
"Get dressed now...."
"What? Why?" Tay looked at Rach, his heart sank. He knew Tia was her best friend.....and he was gonna have to break her heart by telling her she was shot. He walked to her and hugged her.
"Rach.....I'm sorry to have to tell you this, but Tia was shot. I don't know how she is dong, that was Zac he sounded prety upset." Rach turned pale and sat down. Tears began to form in her eyes and she looked at Tay helplessly. "Oh Rach...." he hugged her and kissed her forehead.
Soon everyone was at the Hospital, Katelin, Ike, Zac, Tay, Rach, Tia's parents, Rachelle and Katelin's parents and Ike, Tay and Zac's parents. Rach was a nervous wreck, she knew who did it right off the bat, she knew they didn't lock that guy up......so much for justice. The Doctor walked out and announced Tia was in a coma, and that we could go visit her two at a time. Her parents went first, then Zac, Katelin and Rachelle's parents, Walker and Diana, Ike and KAtelin, then Rachelle and Taylor. Rach quivered as she walked in and saw Tia hooked up to machines. She sat in the chair by the bed and held Tia's hand. Tears began to fal freely and she softly spoke, "Come on Tia.....pull through. i know you can.... your stong like that." she cried. " You've always been so stuborn...I know your too stuborn to die on me...... I wont let you Tia... I wont let you!" she cried. Taylor put his hand on her shoulder and rubbed it.
"She'll come through..... " he said reasurringly. Suddenly a loud long beep was heard and Doctors and Nurses raced into the room and Taylor and Rachelle were kicked out as they tried to save Tia's life.
Rach sat in the waiting room crying and praying. Hoping Tia would make it. One day they are at a party the next Tia's life is hanging by a thread.
The doctors walked out with their heads hung low. Rach looked up as the doctor shook his head 'no'. Tia didn't make it. Rach started screaming hysterically. "NOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! TIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she cried and screamed. "TIA!" she ran toward the room Taylor grabed ehr and held her close and cried.
"She's gone Rach....."
"NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!" she cried. "no......." she feel to her knees and bawled like a baby in Taylors arms. "Tia...." she weeped.
