As Taylor read the letter he began to feel enraged, "How could he do this?!" He knew the letter said that she hadn't felt the same.....or did she? He crumpled up the letter and stomped out of the house. It was 9:30pm and he was banging on Rachelle's door. A few seconds later a sleepy Rach opened the door. "Where are your parents?!" was his first question.
"They went out with Tia's parents, bowling I think, Why? What are you doing here?" she asked wiping the sleep from her eyes, when Taylor charged in slamming the door behind him and backing her against the wall. He grabbed her shoulders firmly, still enraged at Isaac but only Rach was there not Ike...... "Taylor! What are you doing?" her voice quivered with fright.
"Why?! Why?! It was the treehouse too wasn't it?!!! God!! My brother??? WHY?! WHY DID YOU DO IT?!! HUH?????" Rach felt the blood rush to her cheeks as she forcefully pushed him off of her and to the floor.
"MIGHT I remind you that YOUR the one who slept with MY sister!!!" she spoke with tears stinging her eyes. He stood up and slammed her against the wall.
"Two wrongs DON'T make a right!" he said harshly. She had a look of shock on her face, he had slammed her harder than he thought. After he realized what he did, he wrapped his arms around her. "Oh god Rach i'm so sorry.. I didn't mean to...." tears began to fall down his cheeks.
"Please..... just leave....go home.... please...."
"Rach... I...." she put her finger over his lips.
"Please....go..." the tears rolling down her cheeks didn't hide the seriousness in her eyes. Taylor turned around and left, closing the door behind him.
Rach slid down the wall and brought her knees up to her chest and cried. What just happened? Why did he do that? She curled up into a ball and cried herself to a light sleep.
Tay walked in his house and went up to his room where Ike and Zac were talking. Ike looked up at Tay then looked down to the floor. Tay looked at him and sighed. "Its ok Ike...." Ike looked up surprised.
"Really??" he asked.
"Yea..... I have more problems to worry about now anyway..."
"Like?"
"Try to figure out a good way to apologize to Rach...."
"Oh gawd Tay what did you do?" Ike asked looking at Zac worried.
"I.....I...went off and I... slammed her against the wall....." Zac imediately shot up and ran out the door and outside over to Rach's house. He flung the door open and saw her in the corner sleeping. He shut the door and walked over to her. He kneeled down beside her and stroked her hair.
"Rach?" he whispered while shaking her softly. She slowly opened her eyes and looked up at him. He brought her into a hug and rocked her slightly. She just cried on his shoulder and loosely wrapped her arms around him.
