I've had my computer a couple years now
and this is my first homepage. Just like my
computer I'm sure there is and will be many
upgrades, all in my quest to keep up to date.

So you're here to learn something
about me, well here we go. Besides being a full
time mom of one, I work in med records as a receptionist
at a hospital here in Madison, WI.

I've lived in Wisconsin 5 years now, and in
Madison for 2. Before this I basically
bounced from state to looking for the perfect
place to raise kids, find a nice balance between
job salary and cost of living, and establish a
great group of friends.

I must admit, it's been a bit of a culture shock
...... Wisconsin. Finding things to do that
don't require loss of sobriety, working
knowledge of football, and a high caliber rifle
for those hard to kill woodland creatures, has
been a bit challenging.

Though I still find myself making
trips to Chicago to participate in their weekend
nightlife. Madison hasn't been too bad.
In fact I really like it here. There always
seems to be something going on. In the summer I find
myself having BBQ's, biking around the lake,
escaping to air-conditioned
movie theaters, and trying out new restaurants.
In the winter I rely on the old standbys.... Renting
a stack of videos and vegging on the couch,
sledding,iceskating, get togethers, and still trying out
new restaurants and oh oh and the most exciting...
Curling up with a good book at the end of the day.

I know you are probably saying to yourself.....
"Oh my, and the girl is only 26!"
