The Brian Littrell Endowment Fund for Pediatric Cardiology
The Brian Littrell Endowment Fund for Pediatric Cardiology is for the purpose of helping young heart patients at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington,Kentucky. (That is the hospital that Brian was at when he was 5.) It is specifically for children whose parents cannot afford insurance for them because of their heart problems.Therefore, they cannot afford surgery.

Tragically, Howie's sister, Caroline Cochran, died from the disease Lupus last year. He has set up a fund to help find more information about this disease, and it will hopefully save many other people's lives if they find a cure.
