Gently Falling
The leaves are gently falling,
falling to the ground.
Just look around you, at all
of the beauty to be found.
They are quickly changing color,
turning yellow, orange and red,
Before they sleep for the winter,
laying softly in their bed.
But come Spring they will
rise from their winter dream.
Then they all will put on their
head, an lovely shade of green.
Just look around you, at all
of the beauty to be found.
The leaves are gently falling,
falling to the ground.
