Christmas is coming, a time for giving, loving and joy, A time for seeing the twinkle in the eye of every girl and boy. A time to decorate the tree, the doorways and the halls, With lights, tinsel, snowmen, holly and colored balls Gifts for all sizes, some big and some small. Under the tree, there some short and one's very tall. We will make candy and cookies and maybe some cake, These too will be gifts to grandma's we'll take. Maybe a sleigh ride, or maybe we will skate, On the thick sheet of ice that sits on the lake. A time for seeing the twinkle in the eye of every girl and boy.
