Cactus Jack Foley and Gary Young defeated Bill Dundee and Todd Morton in a tournament final to win the CWA Tag Team Title, October 23, 1988. Robert Fuller and Jimmy Golden relieved them of the title, November 1988.

Cactus Jack defeated Deathwish in December of 1988 to capture the American Championship Wrestling (ACW) Universal TV Title. Rolling Thunder ended Jack's regain in September of 1992.

Cactus Jack defeated Eric Embry to win the WCWA Light Heavyweight Title, December 30, 1988. Eric Embry regained the title, January 4, 1989.

Cactus Jack Manson and Super Zodiac defeated Jeff Jarrett and Kerry Von Erich to lift the WCWA Tag Team Title, May 19, 1989. Jeff Jarrett and Mil Mascaras won the title, June 9, 1989.

August 4, 1989, Cactus Jack and Scott Braddock defeated Jeff Jarrrett and Matt Borne to win the WCWA Tag Team Title, during their regain the title was renamed USWA Tag Team Title. Jeff Jarrett and Matt Borne ended Cactus Jack and Scott Braddock's regain, August 11, 1989.

Cactus Jack defeated Johnny Rotten, December 13, 1989, to capture the North American Wrestling (NAW) Heavyweight Title. The title was declared vacant when he joined the NWA.

At Slamboree, May 22, 1994, Cactus Jack and Kevin Sullivan defeated the Nasty Boys in a Broadstreet Bully Match to win the WCW Tag Team Title. Paul Roma and Paul Orndorff relieved Cactus Jack and Kevin Sullivan of the title at Bash at the Beach, July 17, 1994.

Cactus Jack and Mikey Whipwreck defeated the Public Enemy to win the ECW Tag Team Title, August 27, 1994. November 5, 1994, Public Enemy regained the title.

Cactus defeated Colorado Kid to win the Ozark Moutain Wrestling Title, April 10, 1995. Colorado Kid regained the title April 24, 1995.

Cactus Jack defeated T. Rantula to win the Steel City Wrestling Title, March 19, 1995. T. Rantula regained the title April 9, 1995

Cactus Jack and Tracy Smothers defeated the Head Hunters to win the IWA Tag Team Title, September 29, 1995. Tarzan Goto and Mr. Gannosuke relieved them from the title, October 1, 1995.

Mikey Whipwreck won a match against Too Cold Scorpio where both the ECW TV Title and Tag Team Title were on the line. Cactus Jack appointed himself as Whipwrecks partner after the match, December 29, 1995. February 3, 1996, The Eliminators defeated Cactus Jack and Mikey Whipwreck.

Raw is War, May 26, 1997. Steve Austin and Dude Love defeated Owen Hart and Bulldog to capture the WWF Tag Team Title. Because of Austin's injuries the title had to be vacated at In Your House Ground Zero, September 7, 1997.

Together with the Blue Meanie, Cactus Jack defeated Frank Stalletto and Lou Marconi to win the Steel City Wrestling Tag Team Title, February 8, 1998. The title was declared vacant some time in 1998.

WrestleMania 14, March 29, 1998. In a Dumpster Match Cactus Jack and Terry Funk defeated the New Age Outlaws to win the WWF Tag Team Title. Raw is War, March 30, 1998, the title was held up due to the fact that Cactus Jack and Terry Funk had put the New Age Outlaws in the wrong dumpster.

April 11, 1998, Cactus Jack defeated Col. Corruption to capture the Great Lakes Championship Wrestling Heavyweight Title. The belt was vacated one month later due to Foley's contractual obligations with the WWF.

Raw is War, July 13, 1998. Mankind and Kane defeated the New Age Outlaws to win the WWF Tag Team Title. Fully Loaded, July 26, 1998, Steve Austin and the Undertaker defeated Kane and Mankind to win the WWF Tag Team Title.

Raw is War, August 10, 1998, Kane and Mankind won the WWF Tag Team Title in a Four Corners Tag Team match, participants were Austin and Undertaker, New Age Outlaws, and Rocky Maivia and D-Lo Brown. Summer Slam 1998, August 30, The New Age Outlaws defeated Mankind in a No Holds Barred/Pinfalls count anywhere/handicap match.

Vince McMahon presented the WWF Hardcore Title to Mankind for his efforts through the years on Raw is War, November 2, 1998. Raw is War, November 30, the Big Boss Man defeated Mankind in a Ladder Match to win the WWF Hardcore Title.

Mankind defeated the Rock to win the WWF World Title in a No DQ Match at Raw is War, January 4, 1999, the match was taped December 29, 1998. Royal Rumble, January 24, 1999, the Rock defeated Mankind in a I Quit Match.

Mankind defeated the Rock to win the WWF World Title for a second time in a brutal No Holds Barred Match, where falls counted everywhere in an empty arena on January 26, 1999, the match didn't air until January 31, 1999, during Halftime Heat. Raw is War, February 15, 1999, the constant trade of the WWF World Title between the Rock and Mankind took place again this time in a Ladder Match.

In a Triple Threat Match at Summer Slam, August 22, 1999, Mankind defeated Steve Austin and Triple H to capture the WWF World Title for a third time. The regain only lasted a day, as Triple H dethroned Mankind at Raw is War, August 23, 1999.

At Raw is War, August 30, 1999 (taped August 25) Mankind teamed up with the Rock to defeat the Undertaker and the Big Show to win the WWF Tag Team Title. The Undertaker and the Big Show defeated Mankind and the Rock in a Buried Alive Match, thanks to the aid of Triple H. Smackdown, September 9, 1999 (Taped September 7).

Mankind and the Rock downed the Big Show and the Undertaker at Raw is War, September 20, 1999, in a darkside rules match to win the WWF Tag Team Title. The New Age Outlaws (Mr. Ass and Road Dogg) won the title on Smackdown, September 23, 1999 (taped September 21).

Mankind and the Rock defeated the New Age Outlaws to capture the WWF Tag Team Title at Smackdown, taped October 12, but shown October 14, 1999. Hardcore and Crash Holly defeated the Rock N' Sock Connection at Raw is War, October 18, 1999.

Mankind and Al Snow defeated The Hollys for the Tag Team Titles on November 2, 1999. This is Mick's 8th Tag Title reign.

The Rock & Sock Connection defeated the New Age Outlaws for the Tag titles on December 12, 1999.
