WATERBED ADDENDUM
This addendum is made this ________ day of _______________, 20____, and is added to and amends that certain agreement by and between

________ as Tenant(s) and ________________________________________________________as Landlord (s),which agreement is dated ________ day of _______________________, 20____.
It is the tenant’s intention to keep a waterbed in the residence named in the attached Lease/Rental Agreement.
This shall be a conditional privilege granted to the tenant in exchange for guaranteeing that the rules in this waterbed addendum are strictly followed. The Owner/Agent reserves the right to revoke this privilege if the tenant violates any of the agreements herein.
The permission is granted to keep a waterbed under the following terms and conditions:
1) Tenant agrees to keep a waterbed located on the ______ floor of the dwelling.
2) Tenant agrees to be responsible for any defects or damages concerning the premises in relation to the waterbed during or as a result of having the waterbed in the dwelling.
3) Tenant agrees to obtain liability insurance to include coverage concerning the waterbed.
4) Tenant agrees to post $_________additional security deposit which will be returned after tenant vacates, providing the premises are returned as agreed.
5) In the event the Tenant gets rid of the waterbed, it is agreed that it will not be replaced with another waterbed without the owner/agent’s expressed written permission. It is also agreed that removal will be done in a proper professional manner, not to cause any hardship on the dwelling or landlord.
