As we do every year when the premiums come due, we have reviewed our insurance policies, and wish to inform you of how you are affected by the insurance that we carry.

Our policies cover only the building itself. They do not cover any of your belongings, nor do they cover you for negligence.

To protect yourself, you should get a renter's insurance policy. Most insurance companies and agents will write such a policy for you, and we would strongly recommend that you inquire about getting one.
