first recipient of the Linda Magill Memorial Baseball Scholarship was: Zac Manson - Zac is a freshman at Ohio University, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He is the son of Ken Manson and of Sandy Landis. His sister, Katie, is a junior at Piqua High School. At Piqua High School, Zac played football and baseball (four years). He also was a member of the Piqua swimming team. His senior year he was selected the first team GMVC first baseman. He was a member of the National Honor Society and qualified for the Top 100 (four years). It is with great pleasure that Piqua Baseball and the Magill family award this $500.00 scholarship to Zac Manson. |
