Phil (Yur An Animal) Salucci is a local; born and raised on California's Central Coast.

Philip got his start in music playing the guitar at the tender age of 15. His early influences include: Led Zep, VH, Triumph, The Cars, and Mel Bay's Book of Guitar Chords. He's been playing music in one form or another ever since.

About 10 years ago, Phil made the switch to electric bass guitar. Since then he has performed with many local artists including: Burning Bridges, Plaza Drive, Alter Ego, The Bob Kenyan Band, and most recently, Hard Ache.
