1998 Niagara Falls!

After a great day of fishing, the second half of the day was spent at Niagara Falls, Canada. It was my first time out of the country, and my first time to Niagara Falls. (I live a sheltered life...)

All of the pictures were taken by Byron Gunter. I scanned them all at 150ppi, so that the images are large. He may not have gotten very many good fish pictures (none actually! ;-), but he sure took some magnificent pictures here. Even the "small" thumbs do a little justice, but some of the full-scale versions of these pictures make AWESOME desktop backgrounds!

Canadian falls up at the Top!	Known as the "WhirlPool", the current runs from a rapid and swirls in this pool before rushing out.	These are the rapids at the entrance to the Whirlpool. Nice canyon shot, except for the railing!
