If children are our future,

Why teach them things we know?

Teach them things to live with,

To make their kindness grow.

Don't teach them to hate others

It's not the thing to do,

Let them make this world great

For all those after you!

Teach them to make peace with those

Who have fought with us in war.

Teach them to just use their minds,

Since that is what they're for!

Guide them with great wisdom

So they will all succeed,

And make them all just realize

A better world is all we need!

For they are our future leaders

In everything they'll do,

And hopefully they'll make this place

Better for me and you!

Pray they'll make good changes

That have not before been made

And pray for love and kindness

That through the years, won't fade!
