Autobiography

You're here, so you must want to know about me. I am a female (I bet you couldn't tell). I have hair with ever-changing colours and styles. My eyes are very dark brown and I'm about 5'5'' tall. I lived in Piqua, Ohio until I moved up to the center of the universe, New York City. I graduated from Miami East High School in the spring of 2003. I liked high school, but not the atmosphere and the lack of freedom. I am currently a fourth semester student at AMDA (the American Musical and Dramatic Academy) in New York City. I love it here!

For the most part I enjoy life. I like to have fun. I write poetry and I'm really into music. Theatre is my life, if the "going to AMDA" part didn't give that away. I'm a huge dreamer and musical theatre has always given me the opportunity to fulfill those dreams. I've been in several musicals and played some great characters including Marian Paroo (The Music Man), Vi Moore (FOOTLOOSE), and Maria (West Side Story). Most recently, I was Ellie Patterson in a workshopping of a brand new musical (fun times, good show) with Encore Theatre Company. Come see my talent profile here.

My favorite kind of music is alternative, but I'm eclectic and I will listen to pretty much anything. My favorite bands are Metallica and . I LOVE Gwen Stefani, Shirley Manson, Amy Lee, and Tori Amos. My musical THEATRE influences are Linda Eder and Idina Menzel.
